With the implementation of the# PM Surya Ghar Yogjana Scheme in Tamil Nadu, the process of obtaining #feasibility approval for solar projects has become much more convenient and efficient.
The Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation (#TANGEDCO) has introduced an auto approval system for projects up to 3kwp, making it possible for consumers to receive approval on the same day of application.
To avail of this facility,#Consumer simply need to register their application on the National Portal and then click TANGEDCO portal (https://www.tnebltd.gov.in/usrp/applynatapp.xhtml ) to pay a fee of Rs.10,589 for application and meter cost. Once the payment is made, consumers can proceed with selecting a vendor and signing an agreement for installation.
